Meditation to Improve Yourself

Meditation is good! Meditation serves to you improve yourself and help found solutions

Just 7 minutes* per day, everyday.
The first situation is found a comfortable position: With cross-legged or in a normal posture.
You can meditate in everywhere, but always yours eyes open. No sleep, concentrate.

- "Stand back,  to inside, to up and to out: are the main words of meditation."

First step is "backward", you should look around and must focus your attention to who you are, truly.
Second is "inside", you should see you are a being of light, full of peace.
Third step is "up". You, naturally, now you getting much more lighter and with your conscientious in elevate state, you awareness rising.
Fourth step is "out", that is it, are you irradiate now yours qualities to away.
